You are advised to do the Huna Method once.
Then ask: How many times would I have to repeat this process until the blockages are removed? After you get a number that pops into your mind, could you ask for more: Is the repetition for today or daily? That indicates how deeply rooted a blockage is ingrained in your system. While 2x repetition today indicates a minor hindrance, needing to repeat the process 21x daily would indicate a massive imprint.
However, we do not need to do that, as we are going into step two—the Emotional Release process—to remove the imprint at its root cause.
Our bodies change completely over a 7-year cycle. Nevertheless, we have scars. That means old cells give information to new cells. That’s why we can travel through the cellular memory bank to explore the first happening, the root cause, the first imprint, the platform on which the problem is based. After completing the Emotional Release cycle as often as necessary, check with your future.
It is as easy to tune into the most likely timeline of your future as it is to tune into your past. You look in the opposite direction from the 0 point, the now. Therefore, after the emotional release, ask: How do I feel about x problem 6 months from now, 1 year from now, and 5 years from now? At which point is the problem completely removed? Then tune into that moment of well-being, when the obstacle is completely removed and you are doing exceptionally well. Next, give that sense of well-being a symbol, as our subconscious “sees” in symbols.
Then anchor the sense of well-being by placing the symbol in the area and space the blockage has occupied. Our cellular memory has been wiped clean by the exercise. However, the cellular memory wants to reiterate something. By virtually placing the symbol in the area and anchoring the well-being energy there, the cellular memory will now reiterate the positive “memory” instead of repeating the old, negative blockage, as cellular memory doesn’t energetically concern itself with what comes from the past or future. It just wants to reiterate something. This is the simplest description I can give about a deep-rooted process in neuroscience.
